Yummy Pizza with Salami & Buffala Mozzarella Top with Rocket Salad

We are quite amazed by the Italian way of making food.
Simple bread or pasta, parma ham, tomato sauce & mozzarella cheese can form a repertoire of Italian cuisine.

CY enjoys making pizza pretty much, that's why today it's his turn to knead his pizza.

Serve 2

Ingredient:

180g flour, 120 semolina flour
lukewarm water 180ml
yeast 14g,
sugar 2tsp,
salt 1 tsp,
olive oil 4tsp.

Dough Preparation:

Make a deepening in the flour. Mix the lukewarm water with yeast and let stand for around 5 mins. Pour the mixture into the deepening, then add sugar, salt and olive oil. Mix carefully to form a dough. Use your strength to knead it, like treating your enemy. After kneading, put the dough in a deep bowl and slightly cover with wrap. Stand for 30 mins.

After 30 mins, Roll out the dough to a round sheet, with diameter 8 or 12 inches, depending on whether you like thin crust or thick crust. Raise the edge with the thumb to form a rim, then put the sheet of dough onto the turnable brushed with oil.
Now Prepare the pizza's toppings:
tomato paste with some tomatoes puree
A few slices Salami
buffalo mozzarella cheese
grated Parmesan cheese - to give it's golden colour when cooked.
5 basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Put into the oven, 220 Degree Celsius, for about 15 mins, or until golden brown on the outside.
Serve with rocket salad.
Rocket salad sauce:
salt and pepper to taste
3 part extra virgin olive oil :1 part balsamic vinegar
