Ingredients:
- 1 lemon, cut into 2, first half for juice, the other half sliced thinly.
- Half can of Sarsi, the other half for drinking while cooking.
- 12 chicken wings, marinate with 1 tbs of soy sauce, 2 tbs of rice wine, 1 clove of minced garlic and just a bit of minced ginger (about half a tsp). Marinate for at least 15 mins before frying.
- Some corn starch & water, mix together for sauce thickening.
